We use a variety of different services from both DHL & Royal Mail to try and acommodate every need. Delivery times are based on the standard working days of Mon - Fri. Can I track the progress of my order?

Yes you can. Keeping you informed as to the progress of your order is important to us and will keep you in the light too.
After ordering you will automatically receive an email, then you can request a tracking number by contacting us at info@troggssurfshop.co.uk with title 'Request Tracking'. The next step is to visit one of the following websites depending on which delivery service you choose using your waybill number:

Do Troggs Surf Shop ship to my country?

More than likely yes! As long as Royal Mail delivers to your country we can send our goods to you. Currently we are not accepting orders from Indonesia or Morocco. Arrangements for orders to go to Indonesia or Morocco must be made by email.

Can I calculate the cost of delivery?

Yes you certainly can. If you haven't already signed up for an account with, go ahead and do that first. Then go shopping through the site and pick up the items that you desire placing them in the shopping cart. When you've had enough or you've credit card can't take any more! (whichever comes first) proceed as if you were going to check out. Our Shopping Cart with ask you to select your delivery address, select it and proceed. The Shopping Cart will then display a series of options and prices according to the weight of your items.

We endeavor to have all orders processed within 24 hours of receiving each order.
Prices for delivery are calculated at the shopping basket stage of ordering.
Prices vary greatly depending upon the weight of your goods, where it is going to and what service you choose.
Please ensure you input your delivery address(es) correctly as Troggs will not be responsible in this case.
Please do not use a PO box as your delivery address if at all possible.
Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for delivery if using a delivery service requiring a signature on receipt.
For example, a person from Belfast who buys a pair of Adio shoes and a DVD would be charged £5.50 delivery using the DHL flatrate service. This service would get the goods delivered within 1 working day throughout the UK.
